Services Policy
We strive to bring complete satisfaction to our clients. If, however, at any time a client is not satisfied with the services provided, we invite their commentary. If satisfaction is not met, our coaching services may be terminated by either parties within one week prior to written notice of cancellation. All rights reserved for Optimum Coach to cancel or reschedule any appointments made in injunction with either or both parties.
Fees Policy
Optimum Coach’s services are charged based on a half hour rate. Anticipated fees will be quoted at the time of the service’s request. The terms of the services and quotation of fees shall be confirmed in writing and signed by all parties.
